The useful details.
What happens during a sale?
The 40% event replaces extra membership percentages and other promotions. Your existing reward points still work, and new points accrue on the compound amount paid after redemption.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your points. Paid-tier perks remain through your paid period, then your account returns to the free Member tier.
How do returns affect points?
Refunds reverse the points earned on returned compounds and restore the corresponding points used. Already-spent earnings may reduce future rewards until the adjustment is covered.
What does priority mean?
Premier includes the priority shipping option and priority processing. Delivery dates depend on the carrier and destination; overnight shipping is separate.
